What can I expect from a session?
The session takes place on a massage table where you will be fully clothed. Karolina gently places her hands along different areas of the body, letting the energy guide her. Throughout the session, she will share with you what she reads pertaining to your Chakras and anything else she wishes to share. You can expect to leave more relaxed, focused, and feeling more balanced.
How do I prepare for a session?
Please do not consume any drugs or alcohol 24 hours before the session. Wear comfortable clothing.
How long is the session?
Each session is approximately 60 minutes. The hour includes a chat before and after the Reiki Healing
Are sessions done in person or zoom?
Reiki sessions are done in person only
How often should I receive a Reiki Healing?
We recommend initially receiving Reiki once a week for 4 weeks then less frequent visits will be needed. The key is incorporating Reiki into your regular Spiritual Health routine. Just like you wouldn't go to the gym only once in a while, Energy Healing is not a quick fix to your Spiritual and Emotional Health
