Take a deep breath.
Think about everything you have to do today, and name 1 thing off of that list that you are not looking forward to doing.
Think about it and pay attention to how it feels in your body.
Do you dread doing this task?
Does it make you instantly anxious?
Does it make you physically slouch and release a loud "moan of disgust"?
Now I want to say out loud what the task is.
So say out loud: " I HAVE TO (insert task here)"
Again, pay attention to how your body feels.
Now replace "HAVE TO" with "GET TO"
So say: I GET TO (insert task here)
How does it feel in your body?
Do you see the difference?
If not, then literally get up right now and raise your hands and get excited about your task!
The Universe gave you this opportunity to go on this journey today, it is happening for your highest good.
